This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize operational procedures, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence. The role involves coordinating with different departments to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives.

• Experience in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Budget Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of compliance and industry standards
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the technology or cloud computing industry is a plus
