Risk Product Manager

We are seeking for an experienced and analytical Risk Product Manager to drive the development of tools, processes, and features that strengthen our Risk & Fraud function. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the business against fraud, bonus abuse, and other financial risks, while enabling scalable growth across our sports betting and casino operations.

The Risk Product Manager will serve as the key link between the Risk team and Product/Technology, ensuring that risk prevention requirements are translated into effective, innovative, and sustainable product solutions.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Act as the main product counterpart to the Risk department.
• Understand risk & fraud teams’ workflows, pain points, and operational needs.
• Design and enhance tools for detecting suspicious activity, account misuse, and bonus abuse.
• Propose innovative approaches based on gaming behavior analysis and industry best practices.
• Support the development of machine-learning and rule-based risk models.
• Prioritize initiatives based on fraud prevention impact and operational efficiency.
• Define and own the roadmap for Risk-related features, tools, and automation.
• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Benchmark external risk tools and solutions; suggest build vs. buy opportunities.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• Industry expertise in Sports Betting and/or Online Casino, with familiarity across key fraud types in iGaming (e.g., bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, collusion).
• Practical experience using Risk/Fraud tools such as fraud detection platforms, monitoring dashboards, and rule engines.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including working with data, defining KPIs, and deriving actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery to successful delivery.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
