Technical Support Representative

We are a growing technology company based in Petah Tikva, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team.

What you’ll do:
*Provide Tier 1 technical support to our customers
*Deliver clear explanations and focused product training
*Take ownership of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience

What we’re looking for:
*1 year of experience in customer service and/or technical support
*Strong service orientation and customer-first mindset
*Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
*Ability to handle objections with patience and professionalism
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
*Team player with strong collaboration abilities
*Familiarity with internet technologies and digital marketing - an advantage
*Experience in SaaS companies - a plus

Full-time role from our Petah Tikva offices (1 day hybrid)
