Product PMO

Priority Software is a leading global SaaS ERP provider with over 10,000 customers worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated Product PMO to join our Product Department at HQ in Rosh HaAyin. In this role, you will support and streamline product operations, ensuring product initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered successfully across all Lines of Business (LOBs). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with product managers and leadership to influence product excellence, adoption, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle processes across multiple platforms. Including planning, release cycles, versioning, and updates.

• Support product operations and managers in planning and tracking initiatives from conception through release and maintenance.

• Own the upkeep of dynamic product track, maintaining clear, actionable, and up-to-date roadmaps, timelines, schedules, and meeting notes.

• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams- product, UX/UI designers, development, QA, marketing, sales, support, and external partners - ensuring alignment, timely execution, and well-defined workflows.

• Distribute and enforce product methodologies across LOBs, including Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, version lifecycle management, Change Control Board (CCB), and other cross-departmental standards.

• Develop, improve, and implement tools, policies, and processes that enhance product operations.

• Apply a data-driven approach: monitor usage, adoption, customer feedback, and product metrics to guide priorities and measure release impact.

• Provide product progress visibility to management by preparing reports, dashboards, and updates.

• Coordinate product webinars, training sessions, and outbound materials when needed.

Requirements

• B.A./B.Sc. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Management, or other relevant fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, Junior PMO, or Junior Project Manager roles - preferably in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software environments.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and monitoring work processes.

• Interest in AI-driven product capabilities, with the ability to leverage analytics and emerging technologies to optimize product operations and decision-making.

• Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs and user requirements.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams.

• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

📍 Full-time position at Priority HQ, Rosh Ha-Ayin (4 days at the office)
