Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the production of flavor/spice compounds and filter rods, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations on excise (cukai), packaging, labeling, and certifications (BPOM, SNI).
• Drive national sales and distribution strategies, manage key distributor and retailer relationships, and monitor market trends.
• Control budgets and operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and with procurement, logistics, and maintenance for smooth operations.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and ensure occupational health and safety standards are met.
• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries (preferably tobacco).
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in sales, distribution, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willing to be based full-time in Kudus, with flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons
