We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to lead and manage manufacturing engineering processes for advanced defense systems at our Sderot site.This position offers end-to-end responsibility for developing, producing, and improving manufacturing processes for electronic boards, troubleshooting, yield optimization, and workflow improvement

Responsibilities

Lead, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes for defense products on production linesConduct design reviews and support the development, production, and integration of new electronic boardsTake full technical ownership of products from PCB level to final delivery, including troubleshooting and providing field solutions for recurring issuesPerform root cause analyses and resolve complex engineering problemsInitiate and implement engineering changes to enhance product efficiency and yieldPrepare and update work instructions, technical documentation, and engineering drawingsCollaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractorsMentor and train employees in technical and engineering aspects

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electronics EngineeringAt least 3 years of relevant industry experienceFull proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematicsStrong system-level understanding, creative problem-solving skills, and high service orientationExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with proven ability to manage tasks across multiple interfacesExperience working with subcontractors
