Senior Frontend Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and excited to shape a product that is redefining how software is built worldwide. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at creating high-quality user interfaces and has a track record of leading UI infrastructure projects as well as driving UI guilds or communities of practice. You’ll partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver world-class user experiences at scale. Beyond hands-on development, you’ll help define the future of our frontend architecture, establish best practices, and mentor fellow frontend engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of features from product requirements through to live testing in production
• Build and deliver scalable, high-quality software that meets the highest standards of performance and reliability
• Lead the design and implementation of UI infrastructure projects and design system
• Define and drive the frontend technical strategy, setting standards and best practices across teams
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Champion the UI guild by facilitating knowledge sharing, guiding discussions, and fostering frontend excellence across the organization
• Mentor and support other frontend engineers, helping them grow their technical expertise
• Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new frontend technologies and approaches thoughtfully into the stack
  
  

• At least 6 years of experience with web development
• 2+ years of experience working with React.js and TypeScript
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js (advantage)
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience leading UI infrastructure initiatives (e.g., component libraries, design systems, performance optimization frameworks)
• Experience leading or actively participating in a UI guild or similar cross-team frontend community
• Strong passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest full-stack technologies
• Proven ability to write clean, high-quality, production-ready code
• Experience building and maintaining testable code with automated tests is second nature
• Solid background in working with REST APIs and/or API Gateways
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
