IT Access Control Specialist

We're Hiring: Access Management Specialist

🕗 Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 (with flexibility for overtime if needed)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing employee lifecycle: granting, revoking, and reviewing access permissions
• Ensuring compliance with information security policies and procedures
• Monitoring and controlling existing permissions
• Handling access-related requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
• Providing professional and courteous service to internal users
• Addressing technical issues with efficiency and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in an access/permissions role
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
• Hands-on experience with IDM platforms
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Previous experience in internal IT support (major plus)
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask in a dynamic work environment
