Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will Lead the execution of large and complex key strategic initiatives within Trade & Logistics (T&L). A key prime focus is to develop & implement the trade compliance procedure & framework and transport visibility portal. In addition, this roles will support to develop, implement and run safe, compliant, sustainable and lean T&L operations, drive superior customer experience throughout the extended value chain - from supplier to end customer.

• Support the development of the functional T&L strategy (incl. but not limited to trade compliance and optimization of logistics networks and performance, packaging, internal/external warehousing, digitalization, tactical and strategic planning, end-to-end transparency/visibility) with an emphasis on mid-/long term strategic planning and policy development
• Make the T&L strategy actionable for an effective and project managed roll-out, thus, define and drive the transformation roadmap contributing to the creation of a more responsive, integrated and sustainable customer-centric end-to-end Value Chain (from Suppliers to End Customer incl. aftermarket/spare parts)
• Key Strategic Initiatives: Lead large scale strategic projects within T&L such as develop the transport visibility portal and global trade compliance improvement 2.0, , improve T&L operations / Digitalization of T&L operations / and Incoterm conversion / Cost out initiatives / In-/outsourcing projects and global TMS application al.
  
  

• Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration with 7+ years of experience across the end-to-end Value Chain.
• Proven leadership in direct and remote/virtual settings, with strong project management, team building, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives, with a quality- and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communicator with strong intercultural sensitivity and experience in navigating complex multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English. Able to work under pressure, prioritize in ambiguity, and travel globally.
• Strong business sense and urgency, with a good understanding of statistics and probability considered an advantage.
