The drone world is rapidly evolving, bringing exciting new challenges. Flying-Production, based in Rosh HaAyin, is looking for a creative and passionate team leader to lead our multidisciplinary Hardware R&D team.

About the Role

Role Includes:

• Designing and developing advanced boards and hardware for unique drone systems
• Setting hardware system architecture
• Working with software, integration, and manufacturing teams
• Testing, troubleshooting, and implementing new technologies

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing advanced boards and hardware for unique drone systems

• Testing, troubleshooting, and implementing new technologies

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field)

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hardware development experience: board design, microcontroller programming, debugging
• Experience with STM32, PIC, Raspberry Pi, Jetson

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Altium Designer, SPICE, Git, and background in robotics/drones
