What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager with deep Jira expertise to own our Jira ecosystem, turn data into actionable insights, and drive cross-functional programs. You’ll be the go-to Jira admin, a builder of smart dashboards, and a program leader who helps R&D and Product teams deliver at their best.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Ensure Jira becomes the single source of truth for R&D and Product processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, and permissions as the Jira Admin.
• Automate processes using Jira automation and scripts to boost efficiency.
• Translate organizational processes and decisions into Jira structures.
• Lead the migration from Aha! to Jira
• Train and support employees on Jira and Confluence usage.
• Build advanced dashboards and reports (EazyBI, Jira reporting, or similar tools).
• Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and teams for better decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Act as an Agile coach – helping teams follow best practices while balancing speed and quality.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, including automations, APIs, and scripting.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proven experience building and maintaining dashboards (EazyBI preferred).
• Program management background in a SaaS company, with end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across R&D, Product, and business teams to drive results.
• Experience with Aha! – an advantage.
• Experience with EazyBI – an advantage.
