What will you be doing?

• Leading and motivating a team of developers and QA engineers in the development of complex business modules.
• Responsibility for development in C/C++ and using Priority ERP's SDK.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, from requirement definition to solution implementation.
• Collaborating with R&D and support teams to solve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Managing end-to-end projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Driving innovation in ERP customizations, integrations, and business logic development.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software development team leader.
• Deep knowledge of the Priority ERP system and its SDK capabilities.
• Experience with SQL (MSSQL / Oracle).
• Creative thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong system-level understanding.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and experience in developing business applications – a significant advantage.
