Job Requirements

Creative instincts paired with a performance mindset.
Fluent English (writing and speaking).
AI tools as part of your workflow, or a hunger to master them.
Canva or Figma skills are a strong plus.
CapCut or other video editing tools are a valuable advantage.
Experience in performance marketing is a serious edge.
A love for digital trends, experimentation, and breaking what’s “normal” in advertising.

Job Responsibilities

Craft landing pages and advertorials that feel like stories, not sales pitches.
Drop native and social ads that stop thumbs mid-scroll.
Team up with video creators to launch content people can’t skip.
Dig into trends and consumer behavior, then turn insights into launch angles.
Obsess over A/B tests until you know exactly what makes people click.
Research competitor ads and find ways to outdo them.
Streamline workflows and pitch ideas that make the team say, “No way… oh wait, that’s genius.”
