Job Description
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of top-notch software engineers.
- Design and implement software features for scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS products.
- Take full E2E ownership of delivery for multiple complex development projects, from design through release.
- Drive and implement the integration of AI capabilities into our products, leading the AI Developers team and Architects.
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and IT teams to meet both functional and non-functional requirements on schedule.
- Stay updated on new technologies and AI-driven tools, and introduce them within the system.
Requirements – AI Background (not Expert Level, But Must-have)
- Practical experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or tools.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered developer tools.
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Ability to evaluate and adopt AI-driven technologies in a production environment.
- Experience in Go language.
- Prior experience in security-related domains.
- Familiarity with SaaS enterprise systems at scale.
- Experience with open-source tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, agent-based systems, or other advanced AI domains.
