Senior Product Designer

Imagen is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive design expertise to create user-centric products that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to drive design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation for multiple products, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement product requirements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design process.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
