Marketing Coordinator- Events

As a Marketing Coordinator at Connecteam, you will be crucial in supporting our dynamic marketing team across various disciplines - with a strong focus on event operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Event Management Lead the operational planning and execution of marketing events and conferences, including timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
• International & Local Event Support Coordinate all marketing-related logistics for events both in Israel and abroad, ensuring smooth execution and consistent brand representation.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination
• Work directly with suppliers, venues, and service providers to manage bookings, branded items, production needs, and budgets.
• Shipping & Logistics Oversight - Own the planning and delivery process of swag, booth setups, printed materials, and other event essentials - ensuring everything arrives on time and in top condition.

• Cross-Team Collaboration Partner closely with sales, design, and product teams to prepare assets, align messaging, and deliver event objectives.
• Cross-Functional Marketing Support
• Provide hands-on support across various marketing initiatives, campaigns, researches and day-to-day team operations as needed.
• Update and organize marketing assets, processes, and documentation to ensure team-wide access and up-to-date information.
• Oversee the operational side of marketing productions including company giveaways, branded client gifts

• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, teams, and leadership.
• Experience in event coordination, vendor management, or marketing operations is a strong advantage.
