Support Technician

We’re hiring a Technical Support Coordinator for Field Technicians (Engineering Department)

We're looking for a team player who can provide quick, effective technical guidance, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Provide real-time support to field technicians
• Help troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide technicians through fixes
• Coordinate with other departments and service stakeholders
• Track incidents from opening to resolution
• Document support activity and offer insights to improve service processes

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with incident management systems – advantage
• Technical background in networking or communications – strong advantage
• Initiative, system-level thinking, and a can-do attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

This is a hands-on support role in a dynamic engineering environment.
