Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (B1/B2) for a long-term aerospace project based in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized aerospace and defense organization specializing in both civil and military aviation solutions.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness of Boeing and Airbus aircraft through scheduled maintenance, fault diagnostics, and compliance with EASA/FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing 737 MAX/NG and Airbus A320 (NEO/CEO).
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and rectify technical faults.
- Certify maintenance actions under EASA/FAA B1/B2 license privileges.
- Ensure strict compliance with Part-145 regulations.
- Coordinate with operations, planning, and logistics teams for aircraft release timelines.
- Document maintenance work in aircraft technical logs and digital systems.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental protocols.
- Valid EASA or FAA B1 or B2 License with B737 MAX/NG and A320 (NEO/CEO) type ratings.
- 8+ years of practical aircraft maintenance experience (minimum 4 in current position).
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical systems.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to relocate to Israel for 63 months.

- Experience with Boeing 737, 777 and Airbus A320/A300 aircraft is a plus.
- Housing: Private, fully furnished accommodation near the sea (NIS 441/month).
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage (NIS 72/month).
- Transportation: Company-provided to/from worksite.
- Meals: Onsite canteen with diverse meal options; supermarket access.
- Commute Allowance: One fully paid domestic trip per year.
- Training: On-the-job training with formal certification and recommendation.
- Deposits: Pension and accrued payments transferable post-contract.
- Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week (Mon–Sat); ~20–22 working days/month.
- Overtime Pay:
- 125% for first 2 hours
- 150% beyond 2 hours
- 150% on Fridays/holidays
