Implementation Specialist

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an experienced Priority Implementation Specialist to join a leading organization in the Ra’anana area.

Role Overview

This role involves providing professional support to end users, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting training and guidance, analyzing business processes, and participating in cross-organizational projects. The position requires close collaboration with development teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and solutions to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user guides.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and project management teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in application or IT systems support (2+ years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the Priority ERP system – mandatory.
• Strong ability to analyze support tickets and understand complex business processes.
• Ability to write and present clear procedures and user documentation.
• Good command of English (reading and writing) – required.
