A large, stable, and successful company is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead a multi-disciplinary team and play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence core processes and deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and guidance for development, implementation, and product teams on the Salesforce platform.
• Define, design, and oversee architectural and coding solutions to meet business and technical needs.
• Write architecture documents, set best practices, and manage processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a key source of technological knowledge within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development and code architecture – a must.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Technical Architect.
• Strong working knowledge of Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced integration tools (e.g., APIGEE, Talend).
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate development and implementation teams.
