Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring imaginative play to life through exceptional design. You'll work across product packaging, brand campaigns, digital experiences, retail displays, and visual storytelling—transforming playful concepts into designs that delight children and resonate with parents.

What you will do:

- Lead design projects end to end, from initial concept sketches through final production files

- Design across multiple touchpoints: packaging, in-store displays, digital campaigns, product catalogs, trade show materials, and brand guidelines

- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure design seamlessly integrates with SmarTrike's innovative toy engineering

- Shape and evolve the SmarTrike brand identity while maintaining consistency across global markets

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling visual stories that showcase our products' unique features and benefits

- Adapt designs for different markets and cultural contexts while maintaining brand integrity

Your skills and experience:

- 3–4 years of proven experience in brand and product design, ideally within consumer products, toys, or children's brands

- Bachelor's degree required from one of Israel's leading design institutions

- A strong portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and understanding of design for children and families

- Experienced in packaging design and understanding of manufacturing constraints and print production

- The ability to balance playful creativity with commercial viability and production realities

- A collaborative team player who can also independently own projects and meet tight deadlines

- Animation and motion design skills a plus for digital campaigns and social content
