Art Director

EDEN is looking for a fine and accomplished Art Director who understands the fine balance between art, culture, and luxury, and is equally fluent in print & digital.

Position overview:

This is a leadership position, responsible for setting the artistic direction for the company’s studio across a wide range of activities, including events, exhibitions, book and magazine design, artist branding, UI/UX, and other special projects. 

Working alongside the brand, film, studio, and growth directors while reporting directly to the CMO.

We are looking for a fine design language while keeping an innovative edge. 

The position is very demanding, working on multiple projects simultaneously, leading a talented team, and collaborating with colleagues & suppliers worldwide. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the entire marketing, curatorial, and event teams from concept to execution.
• Create an intuitive, cohesive look & feel, and overall user experience for our assets.
• Develop and manage the brand’s look & feel.
• Create clear and compelling briefs, adapt to different art styles, and maintain consistency with the overall assets.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts.
• Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and content creators; give thoughtful, actionable feedback and inspire excellence.
• Develop and oversee 360° campaigns—from ideation to execution—across digital, social, email, video, print, and offline experiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, product, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and creative impact.
• Ensure consistency across all brand assets while pushing creative boundaries.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to the creative teams, guiding them through the production pipeline.
• Explore and integrate AI design tools in the studio to expedite and improve the design process and assets. 
• Design and development of artworks and supporting assets for art to be used and sold either by EDEN or artists. 
• Train and teach fellow colleagues to ensure EDEN standards.

Requirements:

• Must include portfolio link for consideration
• 7-8+ years as a mid-to-senior level designer working with a creative team in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Publishing, preferably in an agency-like environment
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects)
• Strong typographic sensibility
• Demonstrated experience in photo/video art direction and animation/motion graphics
• Experience in paid social and working knowledge of platforms’ best practices
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Unwavering attention to detail
• Excellent English 

Recommended:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience
