We are recruiting an AI Tech Lead for a company based in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions, including machine learning and deep learning models
-Collaborate with project managers to identify and define problems that can be addressed using AI
-Guide development teams and ensure the quality of code and models being developed
-Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements
-Lead the evaluation and integration of new tools and technologies in the AI domain
-Deliver technical presentations and participate in webinars as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software development, including 3 years specializing in AI projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
- Experience working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn
- Proven experience leading technology teams
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques
- Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD systems and version control tools such as Git
