About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and lead digital transformation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for nonprofit and social sector clients, from system needs assessment and selection to implementation and training
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and vendors in Israel and internationally
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks across a range of technology systems
• Support meaningful organizational change by using technology as a catalyst for social good

What We’re Looking For

• A deep understanding of the unique nature of the nonprofit and social sector, including its challenges, constraints, and opportunities
• A strong belief in the potential of technology to advance social good and create lasting impact
• At least 2 years of experience managing technology-focused projects
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and/or BI systems
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with international partners
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills, comfortable leading webinars and facilitating workshops and group sessions
• Native-level English and high proficiency in Hebrew
