A leading high-tech company is looking for a Security Compliance Officer to support the company’s compliance, governance, and risk management efforts.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized professionals with a passion for Compliance and GRC who are eager to grow in the field.
As part of this role, you will collaborate with Information Security, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to strengthen the company’s security posture, support certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and foster a culture of security and organizational accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs aligned with international standards.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence collection and gap tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date policy documents, procedures, and certifications.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their implementation across the organization.
- Support vendor risk management and third-party compliance reviews.
- Assist in RFI/RFP responses with accurate compliance information.
- Lead security and privacy awareness training programs.
- Collaborate with IT, Development, Legal, HR, and Operations teams.
- Track and report on compliance activities, risks, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Information Security, or Risk Management (preferably in a SaaS environment).
- Proven experience with audit and certification processes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Familiarity with GRC systems for regulatory framework management.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- High level of English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Knowledge of security risk management frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls).
