We are seeking an Operations Team Lead to join our fund’s operations department. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of the operations team, manage priorities, and ensure smooth coordination across all stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the day-to-day work of the operations team, managing priorities and delegating tasks
• Initiate and manage projects to improve team efficiency
• Provide service to the fund’s qualified investors and support investor relations
• Oversee fund investment data, payments, transfers, and interfaces with banks
• Work closely with fund controllers and the company’s finance department
• Manage interactions with administrators of various funds

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics\Business Administration\Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in operating funds\investment houses\working with investors
• Proficiency in OFFICE applications
• High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems – an advantage
