Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-organizational and specific projects under the Chief of Staff, from data collection to full implementation.
• Provide ongoing support to the Chief of Staff in process management, strategic planning, and delivery of professional outputs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Track and monitor tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare business and financial analyses, including data processing and insights.

Requirements:

• Absolute discretion.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic/business consulting or within a strategy department in a leading organization – strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and broad business understanding.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, or similar) – required; Master’s degree – an advantage.
