What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the strategic product vision and define long-term roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Drive the success of multiple platform domains, ensuring consistent value delivery and differentiation in a highly competitive cybersecurity landscape.
• Translate complex customer challenges, industry shifts, and threat intelligence developments into product strategies that deliver measurable impact.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Threat Research, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to ensure priorities are executed and scaled effectively.
• Represent the product strategy externally: engage with key customers, analysts, and industry leaders to validate direction and strengthen market positioning.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring product launches are impactful and aligned with KELA’s growth objectives.
• Continuously evaluate product performance through data, feedback, and competitive intelligence, adjusting strategies to maximize adoption and customer outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights that shape corporate strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications - Must:

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2G SaaS environments, ideally in cybersecurity or threat intelligence.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing long-term product strategies and roadmaps in high-growth or global companies.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align product direction to company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging enterprise customers, partners, and industry analysts.
• Deep analytical skills with proven ability to derive insights from product usage data, market research, and threat intelligence developments.
• Full professional proficiency in English (Hebrew is an advantage), with experience presenting roadmaps and strategic updates to senior leadership, boards, or investors.

Great Advantage:

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence (CTI), attack surface monitoring, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII.
• Experience driving integrations into SOC/SIEM/SOAR ecosystems and positioning products in complex enterprise security stacks.
• Understanding of AI/agentic AI applications in cyber defense and product innovation.
