We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Project Manager

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects within a large financial enterprise.
• Lead complex system integrations in close collaboration with IT, development, and implementation teams.
• Drive matrix management across multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Define and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, versions, and issue tracking.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and technical specifications for development teams.
• Provide hands-on support: review Flows, troubleshoot issues, prioritize, and guide technical teams.
• Ensure ongoing system support and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, including business analysis and system specification.
• 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong track record in leading complex, end-to-end system integrations.
• Experience in large financial enterprises- significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM- advantage.
