What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire the iOS team, setting high technical and quality standards
- Design and implement scalable, advanced app architectures
- Build internal libraries (SPM) and maintain open-source code for company-wide use
- Manage CI/CD processes with automation (Fastlane expertise a plus!)
- Collaborate with Backend, Design & Product teams to develop new features
- Review code, optimize performance, and enforce best practices
- Mentor developers through training and one-on-ones
What you bring:
- 4+ years iOS development and tech leadership experience
- 2+ years SwiftUI development in production
- Deep understanding of mobile architectures — bonus for knowledge of TCA
- Mastery of Human Interface Guidelines and user-centered design thinking
