Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our Test Engineering Department, overseeing multiple teams and leading strategic testing initiatives. This is a senior and urgent position requiring hands-on leadership, innovation, and strong collaboration with R&D and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employees and team leads within the Test Engineering division.
- Maintain and oversee documentation systems for testing equipment (test stations, fixtures, etc.).
- Evaluate and implement advanced test technologies to improve testing processes.
- Lead the deployment of smart and fast testing systems for the company’s products.
- Own and manage the product transition process from R&D to mass production.
- Optimize test processes for efficiency and quality – including test time analysis, tester speed, and product connection time to testers.
- Conduct training for new employees and ad-hoc training related to production floor processes.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Test Engineering Manager in a global company – Required.
- Proven experience with integration processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Priority.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of test engineering within electronic manufacturing environments.
