We are hiring a Medical sales representative Team Manager
Job Description:
- Implement marketing tactics through a team of medical representatives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop medical reps.
- Conduct field coaching and monitoring to improve call effectiveness.
- Set and manage personal and team targets; lead regular team meetings.
- Achieve quarterly goals: quantitative, qualitative, and sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and support the creation of promotional materials (brochures, leave-behinds, presentations, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences – mandatory
- Experience as a medical representative – mandatory
- High level of English (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Previous managerial experience – advantage
