Singit is a Tel Aviv-based e-learning startup revolutionizing English language education through music. With a catalog of over 5 million exclusive licensed songs, our platform enables learners to engage with English in an immersive and enjoyable way. Trusted by thousands of schools worldwide and expanding rapidly via our mobile app, Singit is on a mission to make language learning fun, effective, and accessible.

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on CTO to lead our engineering efforts across mobile, web, backend, and AI/ML domains. This role is pivotal in shaping Singit's technological trajectory, ensuring our platform remains innovative, scalable, and user-centric.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee all technical facets, including software development, AI/ML integration, and infrastructure, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap, balancing rapid development with high-quality standards.
• Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance the Singit platform and user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives.

• Experience: Proven track record in leading R&D or engineering teams, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, with both Backend & Frontend technologies and architectures,and very good  familiarity in AI/ML applications.
• Native Development: Experience with native mobile development (iOS and Android) is highly appreciated.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to set clear technical directions and make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• EdTech Experience: Background in educational technology or e-learning platforms.
• Music Integration: Experience in integrating music or audio features into applications.
