Watergen is a global leader in Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) – technology that makes clean drinking water out of air. Our mission is to solve the world’s water crisis by providing safe, sustainable, premium-quality water anywhere it’s needed.
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in a key role supporting our sales from the moment a lead is received until payment is collected from the customer.
What You’ll Do
- Manage sales forecasts and annual budgets
- Track revenues, expenses and vendor payments (finders/consultants, etc.)
- Maintain and analyze CRM and Excel data
- Monitor order processing, installations and machine status with distributors/customers
- Work closely with the VP Sales, account managers and the wider sales team
- Lead and develop a small Sales Operations team (1–2 people)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Law / Economics (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Very high level of English (native a plus); additional languages an advantage
- Strong multitasking, initiative and business acumen
- Proven team management experience
- Familiarity with Priority / Salesforce – a plus
