Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to take a leading role in our growing R&D team. This position involves ownership of one of the company’s core products, driving design and development, shaping technical direction, and mentoring fellow engineers.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end development of complex systems and web applications, including product-oriented testing.
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching for other team members.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and leadership to define and execute development roadmaps.
• Setting high engineering standards for code quality, architecture, and scalability.
• Playing a key role in introducing new technologies and methodologies to support company growth.
• Building the foundation for a dynamic team that faces diverse and challenging tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record in system architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise with Node.js and React (TypeScript, Next.js is a plus).
• Practical experience with cloud environments – AWS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn quickly.
