Head of Operations – Software Company (iGaming Industry)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head of Operations to join us. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between our clients’ operational teams and the company’s internal software and technical departments. The position requires a strong understanding of iGaming operational processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into structured deliverables for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between client-side operations teams and the company’s software/technical departments.
• Collect, analyze, and document client requirements and operational processes (e.g., bonus flows, campaign management, CRM processes, payment operations).
• Translate operational needs into actionable tasks for Product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Oversee and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Validate and test operational flows to ensure accurate system implementation (bonus configuration, segmentation logic, reporting accuracy).
• Coordinate with third-party providers (CRM systems, messaging vendors, payment processors, domain/hosting providers) to ensure smooth integrations and issue resolution.
• Provide regular reporting to management on project progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support risk and compliance processes by ensuring operational rules are correctly reflected in the company’s software systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational procedures, requirements, and system flows.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within the online casino / iGaming software industry – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of casino operational processes (bonuses, campaigns, CRM, payments).
• Technical background (CRM systems, integrations, analytics) – significant advantage.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with the ability to ensure operational accuracy.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party providers (CRM, payment, messaging, domains) – mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Russian – advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field – advantage.
