• Lead and manage the Professional Services (PS) team responsible for client delivery and support.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions for clients, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve client experience and service offerings.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing professional services or customer success teams.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT solutions and client delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for customer success.
