Job Description:

The role includes maintenance of Web Services and ETL processes in a Microsoft environment, as well as in specialized platforms such as TIBCO.

Responsibilities include providing internal support to organizational clients and handling ongoing technical issues.

The position involves close teamwork with internal development teams and various infrastructure teams across the organization.

The role requires on-call duty approximately once every 6 weeks, with 24/7 availability during the on-call week, including weekends (Friday–Saturday).

Hybrid work model is available.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft operating systems and network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with IIS server and operating Web Services (APIs)
• Experience working with SOAP/REST protocols
• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of web infrastructure
• Proven experience in internal customer support
• Ability to understand end-to-end business/organizational processes
• Multitasking and time management skills in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in .NET development – an advantage
• Experience developing ETL processes using SSIS – an advantage
• Experience working with specialized environments (e.g., TIBCO) – an advantage
