Manufacturing Engineer/NPI Engineer

A leading company in the development and manufacturing of advanced electronic systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/NPI Engineer to join their engineering team.

Location: Netanya

The Manufacturing Engineer/NPI Engineer will play a key role in improving and implementing production processes, leading innovative and technological projects, and collaborating with various departments within the organization and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new manufacturing processes for advanced electronic products.
• Improve existing processes to increase throughput, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
• Prepare work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Provide ongoing technical support to production lines and train production staff.
• Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Electronics, or a relevant practical engineering diploma.
• 2–8 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer/NPI Engineer, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in electronic assembly processes (SMT, THT).
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority / SAP – a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

• Experience working with subcontractors both in Israel and internationally.
• Knowledge in designing production tools and fixtures.
