Project Manager

Join the Aviation Division’s Engineering and Development Center as a Project Manager for one of the division’s key programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a project focused on developing manufacturing processes and supporting production lines
• Applying expertise in materials engineering or chemistry
• Leading cross-disciplinary engineering and subcontractor teams through matrix management
• Managing budgets and ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the Engineering Center’s program office and customer representatives
• Overseeing the end-to-end production process, from development through to customer delivery
• Preparing price proposals and supporting marketing and procurement activities
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and executing validation testing for new or improved products

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• Master’s degree – an advantage
• Hands-on experience with chemical processes or composite material production – required
• Strong technical and operational orientation toward production lines
• High-level technical English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and guide teams effectively
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Practical experience in project management – a strong advantage
