Job title: React Native Developer - 3+ years of experience

Work with: Dev team, with close interaction with product and marketing teams.

Reporting to: R&D Director

Starting: Early NOV 2025 (we open our internal training) 

Location: TLV, 28 Ha’arba’a st. Ha’arba’a Towers,

10 min walk from Ha’shalom train station.

Scope: Full-time

Work mode: Mainly in the office (usually 1 day at home)

Technical capabilities with product thinking—understand business needs, design solutions, program with AI, review PRs, and perform maintenance. Cover the entire cycle: development, coding and debugging, database management, version control, testing, and bug fixing documentation for AI.

Bottom line: Turn ideas (including yours) into pixel-perfect, user-oriented features that align with the past, present, and future architecture.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven work experience as a system architect, full-stack developer (react native), or equivalent position.
• Systems thinking - the ability to take a system-level view of architecture and design, and to model, communicate, and implement system logic and workflows clearly and effectively.

• AI Development tendency. We are an AI-First development shop.
• DevOps familiarity (CI/CD, monitoring, performance).
• Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience in writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS), and APIs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, and documents to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Firm grasp of architecture, scalable systems, mobile UX, and API design.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production apps (ideally in a consumer context).
• Strong product intuition and desire to work closely with the business side.
• Background in productivity tools or habit-building products.
• Knowledge of strategic FinSecDevOps solutions
• Experience in early-stage startups or as a founding engineer.
