💼 We’re Hiring: IT Procurement Coordinator 💼

We are looking for an IT Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes for IT infrastructure projects, equipment, and services, while managing budgets, vendor relations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Manage procurement processes for IT infrastructure equipment and services
• Collect and analyze technical and financial information from users, experts, and vendors
• Prepare high-quality procurement documents (SOW, technical specs, requirements, budgets)
• Coordinate with procurement committees, finance, legal, and external suppliers
• Provide professional support regarding procurement scope, vendors, and technical background

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading procurement processes – required
• Proven background in IT/technology procurement – strong advantage
• Strong experience writing procurement documents – required
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail

📍 Location: HaMered 27, Tel Aviv–Yafo (HaCity Tower)

🕒 Full-time, Sunday–Thursday | Hybrid model after 3 months
