Business Development Manager- defense / Optical field- 3439

Job Description:

• Sales in the company’s areas of activity, with an emphasis on the defense and optical industries
• A combination of fieldwork and office-based work
• Managing commercial relationships with relevant customers and represented companies (suppliers/manufacturers)
• Pricing, preparing, and sending quotations to relevant customers
• Participation in customer tenders across various sectors
• Managing new projects
• Escalation to Customer Service/Back Office and Supply Chain for relevant projects
• Configuration control – creating items in the company's systems
• Generating routine reports for customers
• Customer retention and sales promotion
• Coordination of internal company activities
• Handling exception reports

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational activities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• High-level English proficiency
• GTM capabilities and a deep understanding of customer needs
• Technical background and connections in the defense sector
• Strong service orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• Personal responsibility and independence
• Well-developed commercial intuition
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
