Job Opportunity – Product Operations and Analysis Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations and Analysis Manager to join Palo Alto Networks on a 9-month maternity leave replacement contract. This role will support the Product Operations team in driving efficient product execution and strategy through streamlined processes and data-driven insights.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, Israel, reporting directly to the Director of Product Management. The position requires working from the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline and maintain operational workflows supporting product and engineering teams.

• Build and manage dashboards and reports on product performance and user behavior.

• Optimize tools, templates, and systems to increase efficiency and alignment.

• Coordinate intake and triage processes for product feedback, requests, and cross-functional inputs.

• Partner with product managers to support planning, prioritization, and go-to-market readiness.

• Lead cross-functional projects while collaborating with other product and business teams.

• Contribute to both existing and new projects in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile

• Product operations role that combines operational and data skills.

• Strong operational skills with proficiency in data analysis, numbers, and Excel.

• Proactive, comfortable working independently, yet collaborative with product managers and engineers.

• No prior technical background required, but must be open to technology and willing to learn basic data skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with presence in the Tel Aviv office at least 3 times per week.

• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written); the majority of work will be conducted in Israel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international reporting environment.

• Skilled with Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, AI tools, and MS Word.

• Interview process will involve discussions with the assignment manager and cross-functional team members.

Contract Details

• Type: Contractor (through trusted staffing partner, not direct PANW employment)

• Duration: 9 months (Maternity leave replacement)

• Schedule: Full-time (approx. 44.5 hours/week)

• Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid – at least 3 days/week onsite)

• Compensation Range: 27,000 – 35,000 ILS/month
