Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Meta Ads Specialist to design and manage powerful ad campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions. This part-time remote position offers flexibility while enabling you to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to craft compelling ad content and audience strategies.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience running Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
