Operations & Project Delivery Manager – Renewable Energy

Colmobil Energy, a leading company in the solar energy sector, is looking for an experienced Operations & Project Delivery Manager to join our growing team.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for overseeing the operational execution of our renewable energy projects - from planning through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage complex operations, installations, procurement, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor execution, identify risks, and implement real-time solutions

Installations Oversight

• Lead and coordinate on-site installation teams and subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and installation standards
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction at every project site

Procurement & Logistics

• Oversee procurement of equipment and components
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and improve trade terms
• Manage inventory, supply chain operations, and logistics optimization

Customer Account Team Management

• Lead the customer success/account management team
• Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reporting
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Drive improvements in customer processes and long-term retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, sales, finance, and customer service teams
• Generate operational reports and insights for senior leadership
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations/project management within tech, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Relevant academic degree (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar)
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong background in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management
• High analytical ability and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com)
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead under pressure
