The Role

We’re looking for our first product hire. You’ll work directly with the founders and take full ownership of shaping Anchor’s product direction. This means:

• Defining and driving the roadmap with a clear eye on customer impact and business outcomes.
• Working closely with engineering to explore where AI can deliver outsized leverage in complex enterprise workflows.
• Prototyping fast, testing with customers, and iterating until it sticks.
• Getting into the weeds with customers to uncover real pains and refine features.
• Making sure Anchor is not only functional, but unmistakably differentiated from incumbents and alternatives.
• Balancing short-term delivery with a long-term vision of where this category is going.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll be writing specs, designing, running discovery calls, pushing prototypes live, and shaping our strategy at the same time.

About You

• 7+ years in senior PM roles, building and shipping enterprise B2B SaaS products across multiple companies.
• You’ve thrived in early-stage environments, scaling products from concept to millions in ARR.
• Technical fluency - you can talk systems and trade-offs with engineers, and prototype ideas quickly.
• Design sensibility - not a designer, but you have good taste, an eye for clarity, and enough practical skills to wireframe or evaluate UI/UX decisions effectively.
• Data-driven: you blend qualitative discovery with quantitative analysis to turn real user behavior into actionable insights.
• Track record of taking products from zero to adoption at scale, not just iterating on mature products.
• Experience with Generative AI products is a strong plus.
• Ability to uncover what makes products resonate and clearly position them against competitors.
• You’re not looking to just “manage a backlog” - you want to own the product and have real hands-on impact.
• Action-oriented and ownership mindset: you take responsibility, share credit, own mistakes, and continuously iterate to improve.
• You understand and embrace the hard work it takes to build a category-defining product at an early-stage startup — and you’re motivated by the scale of that opportunity.
