Product Manager

About the Role

Our client—an innovative defense-tech company in the counter-UAS / advanced sensing domain—is looking for a Product Manager to join an established team and own end-to-end product leadership across electro-optics, RF, and radar systems. You’ll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders and report to the VP Product.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the product lifecycle: market discovery, requirements, PRDs, backlog, and delivery with R&D and QA.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and field teams to translate operational needs into product value.
• Define product strategy, business models, pricing principles, and financial trade-offs.
• Lead integrations and partnerships with 3rd-party technologies in the cUAS / sensors / RF ecosystem.
• Own go-to-market planning with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry standards; prioritize roadmap based on impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Proven experience with electro-optical, radar, and/or radio-communication systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of strategic product aspects (strategy, value proposition, pricing, and financial considerations).
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to launch.

Nice to Have

• Experience specifically in radio communication systems (significant advantage).
• Background in counter-UAS, UAVs, or defense/dual-use sensing solutions.
• B.Sc. in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related field (advantage).
• Experience managing technology partnerships and integrations.

• Reports to: VP Product

Work Model

• 100% on-site in Raanana (no hybrid option).
