We are seeking an HRIS Project Manager to join our IT department.

This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new core HR platform in the organization. The HRIS Project Manager will act as a bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, ensuring that the platform is delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with both business requirements and IT standards.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in core HR platform implementation projects and a solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HR business owners to ensure the platform supports core HR processes and business needs across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the new HR platform implementation, from planning through rollout and stabilization.
- Act as the primary link between HR, IT, and external vendors/partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Define scope and objectives, plan deliverables, manage risks, and track progress.
- Provide clear project governance and transparent status reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate testing, training, and change management with HR to ensure adoption and user satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation, issue logs, and dashboards to track decisions and next steps.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving forward.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with proven success in leading HRIS or core HR platform implementation projects.
- Understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), such as employee records, organizational structure, onboarding, compliance, and payroll integration.
- B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field; Master’s degree - advantage.
- Ability to work closely with business owners and quickly gain an understanding of processes and applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL - an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or other project management tools - an advantage.
- Experience in global companies or complex environments - an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and change management practices - an advantage.
