Industrial and Management Engineer – Product Development

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a highly motivated Industrial and Management Engineer to join our development team.

This role focuses on overseeing the development team’s processes and ensuring the smooth progression of product changes while maintaining accurate and complete documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle. The position involves close coordination with R&D, product management, and logistics planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate product development tasks and transitions to production.
• Manage item creation, naming, and ERP updates for new and revised products.
• Handle engineering change processes (ECRs/ECNs) and maintain documentation and approvals.
• Track development budgets and manage project documentation (revisions, versions, logs).
• Manage development inventory, sample tracking, and supplier shipments.
• Liaise with NPI managers and ensure cross-functional communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role - an advantage
• Strong hands-on, technical orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data management systems, ERP platforms, and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
